This Charter endures bottom level approach with an appropriate shifting of greater powers to local actors. Let’s create massive awareness on C4C and encourage NGOs to sign, endorse and fully implement the commitments.
Let’s act now with one voice.

We condemn violence from all quarters. We stand by peace loving people and and every one, every organisation or group that militates for peace. Children, young adults, the handicapped, women, the older persons have given too much of their lives victims of conflicts.
We want protection for all and peace NOW.
